2) What NURA is (and is not)

NURA is an educational and wellness support tool designed to help users explore emotional patterns, stress, and wellbeing topics, including biodecoding-style reflections and wellness coaching prompts.

NURA does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or therapy. NURA is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.

3) Emergency and crisis disclaimer

NURA is not intended for emergencies. If you feel you are in immediate danger, experiencing a medical emergency, or considering self-harm, contact your local emergency number immediately or seek urgent professional help.

4) Your responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when needed (for example, billing or account details).
  • Use the Service responsibly and respectfully.
  • Make your own decisions and verify important information with qualified professionals.

5) Subscriptions, billing, and payments

Certain features require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing frequency, and what is included are displayed on the checkout page and/or the pricing section on our website.

  • Billing: When you subscribe, you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge the subscription fee on a recurring basis until you cancel.
  • Trials / Free messages: If a free trial or free message allowance is offered, the details and limits will be stated on the website. After trial limits are reached, continued access may require payment.

6) Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period (unless stated otherwise at checkout). We do not provide partial refunds for unused time unless required by law or explicitly stated in our refund policy.

7) Refund policy

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee starting from your first paid subscription charge. To request a refund, contact us at the email listed in the Contact section and include your purchase email and transaction details.

Refunds may be denied in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

8) Acceptable use

You agree not to:

In any event, our total liability for any claims related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service in the 3 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim (or USD $50 if you have not made any payment), whichever is greater.
